Safety Charter TM_PNG.png

Dear Guests

In these uncertain times, as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we would like to inform you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. We are asking for your support and cooperation in this matter.

Prevention

 1. Wash your hands well and often to avoid contamination.

2. Cover our mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissue.

3. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

4. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Guest Safety

The health and safety of all our guests and employees is of the utmost importance to us and we continue to maintain the highest of standards in hygiene and safety across our business.

All our employees have now completed Fáilte Ireland’s Infection Prevention Control for Tourism Businesses course. We have signed up to Fáilte Ireland’s  COVID-19 Safety Charter

The Safety Charter demonstrates to our customers and employees that we, as a tourism and hospitality business, are operating in line with current Government public health advice and with safety and cleaning protocols in place.

In addition to this our management  have successfully completed a CSafe COVID-19 Lead Worker Representative programme. This provides them with the knowledge and skill to collaborate and communicate safety protocols with employees and to implement control measures to mitigate the spread of COVID -19 within the workplace.  All staff members have completed the CSafe  Covid-19 Induction Course.
Course content is based on the Government Back to Work Safety Protocol, HSE and HSA requirements.

In order to minimise the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented Strict Hygiene Procedures. These procedures have been developed in conjunction with direction from the Fáilte Ireland, HSE & World Health Organisation and include:

1. Daily team briefings to ensure enhanced operational protocols.

2. Increased frequency of cleaning in all public areas.

3. Continued adjustments to food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.

4. Provision of alcohol-based sanitisers throughout the building.

We continue to monitor all developments relating to COVID-19 and remain committed to ensuring a safe environment for all our  guests and employees.

We wish you a pleasant and enjoyable stay with us. Many thanks.

Aidan & Kate
